“I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.”
3 John 1:2

An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
A loss of interest in judging others.
A loss of interest in judging self.

Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
Frequent attacks of smiling through the heart.
Increasing susceptibility to kindness offered, and the uncontrollable urge to reciprocate.
An increasing tendency to allow things to unfold, rather than resisting and manipulating.
Incorporating the whole person
The body breaks down 3 ways—nutritionally, mechanically, and emotionally. I work primarily with the nutritional factor. While I can identify some mechanical imbalances, I may then refer to Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, or a Trainer. If someone has strong emotional or spiritual bondages which interfere with healing, I also make suggestions as to who could assist them. Without a healthy balance of all three of these entities, the body becomes ill. I offer to pray with my clients during their appointment. I listen and meet each individual where they are at without conditions.
All inclusive Holistic health includes assessing spiritual health and healing in addition to physical, mental, and emotional health and healing. Often known as the Master Healer, it is well documented that more healings have taken place and accredited to Him than any surgery or medication on the market. Together we will work to Renew the mind, Restore the body, and Refresh the soul.
Body and Soul
“Just as a mirror, which reflects all things, is set in its own container, so too, the rational soul is placed in the fragile container of the body.”
Hildegard of Bingen
“Physical strength can never permanently withstand the impact of spiritual force.”
Franklin Roosevelt
“The soul is often hungrier than the body, and no shops can sell it food.”
Henry Ward Beecher
